The C90TEK multi-directional conveyor is designed to transfer products through a production line and change direction by 90 degrees in a controlled and efficient manner.

Combining gravity rollers powered by an underneath motor-driven belt and with a pneumatically lifted belt-driven transfer, it allows products to move smoothly into position before being redirected to the next stage of the process.

Products enter the conveyor on the driven rollers, allowing smooth, low-resistance movement into position.

Once in place, three perpendicular belt sections are raised using pneumatic cylinders. These belts engage the product and drive it sideways, transferring it at 90 degrees to the original direction of travel.

This combination of roller infeed and belt-driven transfer provides both efficient movement and controlled positioning, even for large or flexible products.
