Designed to Tuft today’s deeper premium mattress sizes up to 500mm deep with a 350mm of compression and capable of handling mattress of up to 2.1m x 2.1m.

With our new automatic loading height adjustment, mattresses can easily be loaded by hand or directly from a conveyor.

The loading frame can automatically lower to 875mm (adjustable) to be easily integrated with our indexing conveyors to remove the need for manual handling of the mattress.
