Foam conveyor line to transport foam through processing machines:
Square foam blocks are loaded onto the extension infeed conveyors, then shaped and processed into the desired foam shape.
Exit chute conveyors are then required to recover and transport sponges after the cutting / shaping process, these conveyors then feed the sponges onto the long-inclined conveyor.
The Long-Inclined Conveyor is then tasked to arrange and sort round sponges into an orderly single file using sponge deflectors.
The Last Sorting Conveyor is employed to funnel the single file arranged sponges.
A Final Sorting machine then separates the sponges into sets of two (required for twin packaging the products) and transports them into the wrapping machine.
