Mattress Flip Up Conveyor

A simple way of creating a gap in a conveyor line to allow operators to get to the other side.

Two large pneumatic cylinders raise and lower the conveyor into its horizontal / vertical position with safety legs to hold it. When the conveyor is in the horizontal position it acts like an extension of the standard conveyor (CTEK) it is attached to.
